My name is Sandy Ogburn-Sandlin. I offer you a big Southern hello from Prairieville, Louisiana, just outside of Baton Rouge. I've been serving buyers and sellers in East Baton Rouge, Livingston, and Ascension Parishes for nearly three decades.

Jeanne Delhommer has been a part of Sandy's Team for over 15 years. She works very closely with our buyers and sellers guiding them through the necessary processes. Jeanne makes sure all of the details are covered when we close the sale of a property for our clients. Her 15+ years of experience insure that nothing will be overlooked in your transaction.
Brandy Helms has been a part of Sandy's Team since 2002. She helps to make sure the office runs efficiently by following up with all buyer and seller leads. Brandy provides our sellers with constant feedback and advice after showings. She also works as an onsite agent for Signature Homes. Her goal is to insure quality service and a smooth transaction to all of Sandy's clientele.
Cheryl Waguespack Leatherwood is an Ascension Parish native that comes to RE/MAX Excellent Properties with over 25 years of finance and customer care experience. She is a 2003 graduate of LSU with a bachelors degree in mass communication. Cheryl has been a buyers specialist with Sandy's Team for the past three years. Cheryl's passion for caring and meeting new people has been an asset Sandy's Team.
Laura Smith joined RE/MAX Excellent Properties in 2004, and has quickly become one of the leaders on Sandy's Team. Laura, and her husband Steven, have formed "Team Smith" under Sandy, and they work as buyer's agents specializing in new and existing home sales. Because of her outstanding service to both clients and co-workers, Laura was the 2005 recipient of the Cooperative Spirit Award for the RE/MAX Dixie Region, which covers a seven state area. Laura has trained with the top buyer's agents in the country under Coach Ken Goodfellow, and is still learning from Sandy Ogburn-Sandlin.
Steven Smith joined Sandy's Team in 2004 to work as an onsite specialist for Signature Homes. As the primary agent for the condominium sales, Steven was in charge of Windsor Village, a 106-unit community, and followed that up at The Plantation, a 48-unit community. In 2006, Steven, and his wife Laura, teamed together to form "Team Smith" and work as buyer's agents specializing in new and existing home sales. Steven has trained with the top new homes sales agents in the country under Bob Schultz, and is still learning from Sandy Ogburn-Sandlin, his broker.
Kim LeMay joined Sandy’s Team in 2009. She has worked in customer service and sales for more than 20 years. As Client Administrator, she manages Sandy’s listings and websites and also assists with marketing. Her goal is to make sure our clients are well taken care of through the listing process
Karen Ferrara is the accountant for the company and oversees all aspects of RE/MAX Excellent Properties bookkeeping. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Louisiana State University in 1984 and worked as an Accounting Administrator in the banking, golfing and computer industries before joining Sandy's Team in January 2004.
Billy Beyl has been courier for the past 6 years. You may see him putting a sign in your yard or delivering documents during your transaction.
Allie Barbay started at RE/MAX in 2005 as a weekend girl. After graduation in 2009, she started full time. Allie helps make sure things in the office run smoothly and helps to give clients feedback.
